They specialise in providing expert palliative care to individuals with life-limiting conditions, offering vital support to both patients and their families during challenging times.As a Ward Manager (RGN) , you will:Lead and support the in-patient unit, ensuring high standards of palliative care.Assess potential service users in consultation with the Head of Clinical Services.Plan effective duty rotas and provide out-of-hours clinical support.Liaise with health and social care professionals to coordinate care delivery.Apply legal policies for identifying and supporting vulnerable adults.
