Ward Manager - Gynaecology Outpatients

Overview

The Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust Outpatient Department facilitates and supports a wide range of Gynaecology outpatient services, both face to face and remote. We are looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to join our Broomfield team to lead in the day-to-day running of the department and provide support to all services provided within it following induction and ongoing support. You will use your experience to develop and maintain good departmental management and act as a positive role model, showing clear concise and strong leadership. You will support both qualified and unqualified staff, whilst enhancing and ensuring positive experience, and patient safety at all times.
