The ward supports a growing portfolio of complex cardiac and HPB surgical cases, providing a dynamic and continuously developing clinical environment.About the RoleAs Ward Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the ward, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care through visible and supportive leadership. You will manage both the nursing and administrative teams, fostering a collaborative culture where staff feel empowered, developed, and engaged.This role provides the opportunity to work alongside some of London''s top cardiology and surgical consultants, overseeing a mix of complex cardiac, HPB, and surgical patients.
