This ward supports our on-site Acute Admissions Unit, providing exceptional care to medical patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.As Ward Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical and operational management of our new inpatient medical ward, ensuring the highest standards of patient care through effective leadership. You will oversee both the nursing and administrative teams, fostering a positive and supportive environment.This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in complex wound management and tissue viability, work alongside some of London''s top consultant physicians, and gain experience in complex discharge planning. You will also play a vital role in geriatric care, delivering patient-centred, holistic care that prioritises the well-being of older adults.
