The OpportunityPureSpectrum
is seeking an experienced and commercially minded
Vice President of Strategic Accounts
to join our EMEA team. In this senior-level role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving our strategic client development efforts with both new and evolving key accounts.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deepen client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure long-term client satisfaction. Many of these accounts are global in nature and require collaboration with cross-functional teams as well as involvement in product development conversations to unlock and sustain growth opportunities.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring strong leadership and a strategic mindset. You will report to a senior leader within the Client team, with final reporting lines determined based on experience and internal structure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead strategic account plans to deliver revenue growth and exceed sales targets
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients
Deeply understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored recommendations and solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding client experiences
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
Lead contract negotiations and close new business opportunities
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account performance, key metrics, and forecasts
Guide and support the onboarding and implementation process for key accounts
Continuously optimise the PureSpectrum platform offering in response to client feedback and evolving business requirements
Mentor and lead cross-functional internal team members assigned to each key account
Support and contribute to new business development efforts within the strategic accounts portfolio
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and client needs to stay ahead of the curve
Analyse client feedback and performance data to inform account strategies and service improvement
About You
Bachelor''s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
7+ years of proven experience in strategic account management and revenue growth roles
Deep understanding of the market research or insights industry, particularly in data-led or tech-enabled environments
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret survey and client data
Confident working with internal and external stakeholders to manage priorities and deliverables effectively
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior-level clients
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and commercial awareness
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel as required across the UK and EME
