We’re looking for a
VM Manager
to join our Store Design and VM team. Reporting into the Head of Store Design and VM, you’ll be passionate about creating captivating customer experiences and translating brand vision into stunning visual displays. You’ll craft layouts, strategise product placements, and bring our brand story to life with every display.Welcome to Trinny London! We’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare. Crafting Visual Storytelling: Designing immersive layouts that reflect campaigns and seasons, guiding customers on an engaging journey.Turning Vision into Reality: Transforming concepts into displays that highlight key products and draw attention.Empowering Store Teams: Creating detailed visual guides to ensure consistent brand presentation across locations.Hands-On Creativity: Setting up and refreshing displays with speed and precision.Staying Ahead of the Curve: Researching trends and analyzing data to keep displays fresh and effective.Collaboration: Working with marketing, retail, and design teams to deliver a unified brand experience.Training and Inspiring: Communicating design concepts clearly and enabling store teams to execute.Resourceful Sourcing: Sourcing materials within budget and building supplier relationships.Budget Management: Ensuring cost-effective execution of visual merchandising activities.Brand Ambassador: Ensuring each display embodies brand ethos and delivers a strong customer experience.Qualifications
Proven visual merchandising experience, preferably in beauty brands within retail or concessions.Beauty/fragrance industry experience is highly desirable.Education relevant to visual merchandising.Excellent time management with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work at pace.Ambitious and ready for a challenge.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and SketchUp.Benefits
