Vineyard Manager and Winery Assistant Norfolk near Burnham Market£30,000 + Overtime + On-Site AccommodationAre you passionate about viticulture and winemaking and looking for a role where you can be genuinely involved in the full journey from grape to glass?We are recruiting for a Vineyard Manager and Winery Assistant to join a small but thriving vineyard and winery in beautiful Norfolk.This is an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of £30,000 plus overtime, together with on-site accommodation in a farm cottage.Working closely with an experienced consultant winemaker and the vineyard owner, you ll have the opportunity to play an important part in the continued development of the vineyard and wine business.The role This is a varied, hands-on position covering both vineyard management and winemaking, including: Managing day-to-day vineyard operations including pruning, spraying, canopy management and harvest Monitoring vine health and maintaining vineyard infrastructure Planning seasonal vineyard work programmes Coordinating additional labour during busy periods Supporting all aspects of winemaking, from grape processing and pressing through to fermentation, racking and bottling Carrying out routine wine analysis and cellar work Maintaining winery equipment and accurate production records Coordinating and overseeing harvest activity and logistics Supporting the production of both still and sparkling wines Helping to host vineyard tours, tastings and ..... full job details .....
