An award winning Estate agency in Orpington is looking for a Part Time Viewing Assistant !

My client is looking for a Viewing assistant to join their busy Sales team in Orpington, this-is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and would will suit a confident, organised individual with a passion for property and a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities as a Viewing guide-

• Liaising with the Sales team
• Showing potential buyers around properties
• Providing excellent customer service
• Providing feedback to Sellers

Candidate Profile:

• Confident, diligent, and highly organised
• Excellent attention to detail and strong report-writing skills
• Capable of working independently and managing appointments effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual and reliable with a professional approach
• Previous experience in property or residential maintenance is desirable but not essential
• Familiarity with the Orpington and Surrounding areas would be ideal

Requirements:

• Full clean UK driving licence

Hours of Work-

• 24 Hours a week
• Saturdays 9am-5pm
• 2 days in the week (can be flexible) 9am - 6pm

Salary-

• -15 per hour
• Business Mileage
