My client is looking for a Viewing assistant to join their busy Sales team in Orpington, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and would will suit a confident, organised individual with a passion for property and a strong focus on customer service. Responsibilities as a Viewing guide Liaising with the Sales team Showing potential buyers around properties Providing excellent customer service Providing feedback to Sellers Candidate Profile: Confident, diligent, and highly organised Excellent attention to detail and strong report-writing skills Capable of working independently and managing appointments effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Punctual and reliable with a professional approach Previous experience in property or residential maintenance is desirable but not essential Familiarity with the Orpington and Surrounding areas would be ideal Requirements: Full clean UK driving licence Hours of Work 24 Hours a week Saturdays 9am-5pm 2 days in the week (can be flexible) 9am - 6pm Salary 15 per hour Business Mileage ..... full job details .....
