Hours:

42 Hours per week, 8 Hours per day

Shifts:

5 days per week. Monday-Friday shifts include: 8:00-16.30, 10:00-18.30, 11.30-20:00, 1:4 Saturdays: 8.30-16:30 and 1: 4 Sundays: 9:00-14:00

Village Vet has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Care Team Leader to join our fantastic team! This role provides you with the chance to lead by example and boost the morale of your colleagues. It is ideal for those who wish to make a meaningful impact in a workplace that values their skills and contributions.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Working closely with senior managers and all departments in the hospital to deliver and promote practice objectives.Define, develop, implement, and communicate our client service standards, policies and procedures to ensure optimum service is always givenDemonstrate positive leadership by always leading by example to motivate and support an experienced team of 5 Client Care AssistantsLead and encourage outstanding client and pet care from all team membersBe a presence within reception, lead by example by engaging with colleagues, clients and their pets in day to day duties such as: answering telephone calls, booking appointments, dealing with general queriesAssisting with insurance claimsEnsure all customer complaints are dealt with swiftly and efficientlyFinancial reconciliation, banking, petty cashDebt ManagementGeneral practice administrative tasks

Essential Requirements

Experience of managing a teamCustomer service experienceExperience of working within a front-of-house teamVeterinary experience preferable
