Ventilation Package Manager We are seeking a Ventilation Package Manager to join a major Commercial Project in London. This is an opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile site, leading the delivery of the ventilation packages to ensure systems are installed, inspected, tested, and completed to the highest standards and ready for successful client handover. The Role Reporting to the Project Director, you will take ownership of the ventilation packages, supporting two Engineers and managing multiple ductwork contractors across the project. You will be responsible for driving progress on site, carrying out progress walkdowns, overseeing quality and compliance, managing snagging and ensuring ventilation systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme requirements and industry standards. You will act as an ambassador for the company and its values, driving safety, quality, and performance on site while coordinating subcontractors and project teams to deliver fully compliant and operational systems.
