CSA Package Manager - Europe

Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe. Our client builds and manages complex engineering and construction projects for some of the world''s leading corporations, delivering across sectors including Enterprise and Hyperscale Data Centres, Advanced Technology and Life Sciences, and Fire Protection. They''re now seeking a CSA Package Manager to take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on a live, fast-moving data centre project in France, leading subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards. CSA Package Manager Responsibilities Take full ownership of assigned CSA packages from commencement through to completion, developing and managing package-specific delivery strategies and coordinating daily construction activities against programme milestones. Lead on-site health and safety, promoting a safety-first culture, reviewing subcontractor RAMS and permits, and conducting regular site safety inspections. Coordinate design interfaces between CSA, Mechanical, Electrical and specialist vendor teams, managing RFIs, constructability reviews and implementation of approved design changes.
