Vehicle Technician

Our client, a busy and well-established Main Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their successful workshop team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards, while using strong diagnostic skills to resolve faults efficiently.

• Basic salary up to -35,000 with OTE up to -38,000
• Monday to Friday, 40-hour week with a choice of 3 flexible shift patterns

Duties-of a Vehicle Technician:

• Undertake servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs within agreed timescales
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and follow workshop safety procedures
• Work closely with the wider workshop team to support efficient throughput

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

• IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician role within a workshop environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• A positive attitude, commitment to quality workmanship, and reliability as a team player
