Vehicle Repair Manager Bodyshop Estimator Location Hampton area Hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm Salary £45.000P.A. + Car, bonus, pension and more We re recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious manufacturer-approved body shop, who is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Damage Assessor / Bodyshop Estimator to join their established team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle damage assessment and accident repair, with the ability to produce accurate estimates, liaise confidently with insurance companies and ensure repairs are completed to the correct manufacturer-approved standards. Previous workshop leadership experience would be a distinct advantage. An ATA qualification is desirable but not essential for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles thoroughly, identifying the full extent of damage and determining the most effective repair solutions. Prepare accurate repair estimates, including labour times, parts costs and anticipated repair timescales. Identify and recommend the correct manufacturer-approved repair methods and procedures.
