As a Repair Manager, you will: Develop and manage plans to deliver monthly repair targets in line with company processes and objectives. Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring repair works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Ensure repair surveys are completed promptly, and works are planned effectively with customers and their representatives. Act as the primary customer interface throughout the repair lifecycle, building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Identify opportunities for additional works and contract growth whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
