Our client, a reputable family-run crash repair workshop based in Croydon, is seeking an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their dedicated team.

Benefits:

• Salary starting from -45,000 per annum, with potential bonuses after successful probation
• Full-time, permanent position offering stability and consistent income
• Incentives and performance-based bonuses
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Working hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with scheduled breaks
• Opportunity to utilise auditing tools such as Audatex and Autoflow

• Onsite involvement including assisting reception and workshop observations

Duties:

• Accurately assess vehicle damage using Audatex and Autoflow systems
• Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and colleagues to facilitate repairs
• Assist with technical enquiries in both office and workshop settings
• Support reception staff and provide additional support within the workshop environment
• Manage workflow to ensure repairs and assessments are completed efficiently and timely as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
• Contribute to the maintenance of high standards in repair assessments and customer service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
• Proficiency with Audatex and Autoflow systems is highly desirable
• Knowledge of bodyshop operations and vehicle repair procedures
• Familiarity with the Croydon area and surrounding regions
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive approach to work and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
