Duties as an Estimator/VDA:

• Conducting detailed assessments of vehicle damage across structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior components as part of the Estimator/VDA-position
• Preparing accurate estimates including parts, labour, and repair costs
• Completing insurance documentation with precise repair recommendations
• Negotiating contracts with material and parts suppliers
• Ensuring that all work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations
• Maintaining detailed records to support insurance claims and repair processes
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator/VDA within a busy bodyshop environment
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Audatex is essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturer repair standards and ATA qualifications are advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and detailed assessments
