This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety, and can provide outstanding customer service in high-end residential environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out a wide range of maintenance works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, and basic electrical repairs.Diagnose faults and complete repairs to high-specification fixtures, fittings, and finishes.Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as well as reactive maintenance tasks.Work carefully and professionally within occupied luxury homes, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and colleagues, providing clear updates on works carried out.Maintain excellent health and safety standards while keeping work areas clean and tidy.Represent the company professionally at all times.To be successful in this role, you will have:At least 5 years'' experience as a Multi Trader, ..... full job details .....
