User Researcher - £525 per day inside IR35 - 6 monthsExalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract user researcher, this is inside IR35 paying £525 per day and just need to go to client site in London x1 day a month.Experience for the role: . Around 7+ years experience in user research. Comfortable leading focus groups and speaking to a range of users . Able to plan, run and wrap up research with minimal support. Experience working alongside service designers or in multidisciplinary teams. Good at communicating findings in a straightforward, practical way. Someone whos proactive, persistent and not put off by tight deadlines. Significant experience delivering user research in NHS, GDS or healthcare environments, including complex services and systems. Proven experience leading research in Discovery and Alpha phases, shaping problem definitions, strategies, service direction. Demonstrable experience planning, selecting, and delivering a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
