Recruit, motivate, develop and lead a teamManage performance development within the department (Performance Appraisals, Individual Development Plans, Coaching and Counseling, and Disciplinary actions)Recognise and develop talented individuals for advancement within the organisationUphold Company standards and act as a positive role modelModel the way by inspiring, motivating and encouraging teamworkConduct productive daily meetings to ensure goals are metDelegate projects while enabling others creativity and decision-makingMaintain excellent communication in written and verbal formOversee customer service by setting daily goals and expectations to create a positive store environmentTrain and coach the team on customer service, standards, product placement and time managementAim for Company-average mystery shop results by upholding customer service standardsPerform store-level operational procedures accurately and timely in line with Company policiesSupport loss prevention and stock control to achieve stock loss goalsUphold Health and Safety regulations to protect employees and customersCollaborate with the Department Manager or Visual Merchandising Manager on training, shipments, markdowns, transfers, merchandising and store standardsInterpret fashion trends in local markets to generate creative solutionsEnsure floor sets are well organized and scheduledMaximise departmental sales through management of merchandise from receipt to saleUtilise Company reports to react to trends and drive businessStay informed on trends and customer profiles by engaging with external sourcesManage stock levels by understanding reports and market trendsDemonstrate entrepreneurial skills to achieve and exceed store targetsWhat You''ll Need
