Salary: £40,(Apply online only) - £46,(Apply online only) per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm ( Early finish on a Friday ) 
Location: Burnley town centre 

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client for an experienced Upholstery Developer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative product development team, where you will play a key role in creating, testing, and refining bespoke upholstered products to ensure the highest standards of comfort, durability, and design.

• Develop and build upholstery prototypes from concept through to production.
• Create patterns, templates, and technical specifications.
• Select and evaluate fabrics, foams, leathers, and other upholstery materials.
• Conduct testing to ensure products meet comfort, durability, and performance requirements.
• Identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams.
• Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate development documentation and specifications.

• Proven experience in upholstery development.
• Strong knowledge of upholstery techniques, materials, and construction methods.
• Skilled in pattern making, sewing, and prototype development.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive salary of £40,(Apply online only) - £46,(Apply online only) per annum, depending on experience.
• Permanent, full-time position.
• Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends and early finish on a Friday!
