Key Responsibilities Develop and build upholstery prototypes from concept through to production.Create patterns, templates, and technical specifications.Select and evaluate fabrics, foams, leathers, and other upholstery materials.Conduct testing to ensure products meet comfort, durability, and performance requirements.Identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams.Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing.Maintain accurate development documentation and specifications. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in upholstery development.Strong knowledge of upholstery techniques, materials, and construction methods.Skilled in pattern making, sewing, and prototype development.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Positive attitude with a proactive ..... full job details .....
