Unqualified Teacher/Cover Supervisor

Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our high achieving secondary school client, located in attractive rural surroundings who are looking for an Unqualified Teacher or Cover/Classroom Supervisor.

Whilst you do not need to have QTS, to be considered for this role you must have UK Classroom experience.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor or Classroom Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Ensure pupils remain focused and complete the work set.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and student engagement.
• Adapt confidently to different schools, subjects, and year groups as required. These responsibilities align with typical UK cover supervisor and supply teaching roles.
