Unqualified Teacher/Cover Supervisor

Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our high achieving secondary school client, located in attractive rural surroundings who are looking for an Unqualified Teacher or Cover/Classroom Supervisor. Whilst you do not need to have QTS, to be considered for this role you must have UK Classroom experience. The Role As a Cover Supervisor or Classroom Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Ensure pupils remain focused and complete the work set. Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and student engagement.
