What you''ll do:
- Lead recruitment across all UK business areas, personally delivering senior and business-critical hires
- Build workforce plans and proactive talent pipelines to reduce agency reliance
- Design and implement efficient, candidate-focused recruitment processes
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of two resourcing professionals
- Provide insights and data-driven reporting to senior leadership
- Attend networking events and recruitment fairs, using creativity to attract top talent
- Coach recruiting managers on effective induction and onboarding
