(Project Management Specialist)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join a Programme Management Office supporting engineering and project teams delivering aircraft modification programmes. This role focuses on planning, allocating, and optimising resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources across engineering and project teams
• Balance workloads and maintain project timelines and critical paths
• Support development of baseline plans for new and ongoing work
• Improve resource planning processes, tools, and team responsiveness
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery

Key Skills Required

• Strong resource management and capacity planning experience
• Solid project management understanding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Requirements

• 5+ years'' experience in resource planning, project management, or similar
• Experience with planning tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
• Ability to work onsite in Surrey (Frimley) at least 3 days per week
• Right to work in the UK (basic background check required)

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible start/finish times (core hours 09:00-16:00).
