Due to a period of transformation and continual improvement within the payroll function, they are seeking an experienced UK Payroll Specialist to join the team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys balancing operational delivery with process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end UK payroll process for approximately 600 employees while partnering closely with the Global Payroll Transformation Lead on a range of enhancement projects. The role will also play a key part in documenting existing processes and supporting future-state payroll planning. The position is based in London with hybrid working arrangements, requiring three days per week in the office.
