Do you have expertise managing payroll across multiple European countries and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment? We are recruiting for an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join a global organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of accurate and compliant payroll services across the EMEA region. The Role As an EMEA Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of assigned payrolls, working closely with outsourced payroll providers to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time. You will act as a key contact for payroll-related queries, support month-end activities, and ensure compliance with local legislative requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end payroll process for assigned EMEA countries in partnership with outsourced payroll providers. Support payroll month-end and accounting procedures, including payroll reconciliations and reporting. Ensure statutory reporting obligations are met accurately and within deadlines. Support internal and external payroll audits. Investigate and resolve complex payroll queries from employees, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
