Our client is one of the UK''s leading providers of personalised Maths, English and Science tuition programmes aligned to the National Curriculum. With increasing demand from parents seeking additional educational support, they are looking for an ambitious Centre Manager to lead existing centres and drive future growth. This role offers the opportunity to remain in education while stepping away from the traditional classroom environment. Supported by a dedicated Head Office and full marketing team, you will focus on delivering outstanding educational outcomes, building relationships with families, managing staff and increasing student enrolment. Please note that this role primarily operates during evenings and weekends, reflecting the out-of-school hours nature of tuition services. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of existing tuition centres. Conduct educational assessments to identify each student''s strengths, learning gaps and individual needs. Design personalised learning plans using high-quality educational programmes and resources.
