Working as part of a job-share partnership, you will play a key role in sustaining and growing income from trusts, foundations and statutory funders, ensuring the charity can continue delivering exceptional youth services and opportunities across its local community. As part of a successful fundraising team with established relationships, you will develop high-quality funding proposals, build long-term relationships with funders, and work closely with delivery colleagues to create compelling funding opportunities aligned to the organisation''s strategic priorities.
