A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trust and Corporate professional to join a Single Family Office to join its in-house team. This is a rare opportunity to work within a private environment supporting a complex portfolio of trusts and corporate entities for an ultra-high-net-worth family.This role is suited to an individual with 8+ years of experience in trust and corporate administration, particularly within offshore jurisdictions, who is looking to move into a stable, long-term position with broad exposure and responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesTrust AdministrationPrepare and implement trustee and protector decisions (distributions, loans, payments)Ensure full compliance with trust deeds and governance requirementsDraft deeds of appointment and other supporting documentationCoordinate trustee and corporate director meetingsPrepare bank instructions and board reportsManage KYC and due diligence processesMaintain accurate records and documentation systemsCorporate AdministrationOversee annual filings and liaise with international service providersOrganise board and director meetingsPrepare resolutions and document key decisionsMaintain statutory books and corporate recordsSupport bank account openings and investment arrangementsManage KYC and due diligence requirementsEnsure accurate internal record keeping across all entitiesThe Successful Candidate10+ years'' experience in trust and corporate administrationStrong knowledge of offshore structures and ..... full job details .....
