Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Tree Surgeon to carry out a verity of work on a permanent basis in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities of the Tree Operative:

• Carrying out a range of arboriculture duties including pruning, dismantling, and general tree maintenance
• Operating chainsaws both on the ground and at height
• Undertaking aerial tree work as part of a skilled team
• Completing risk assessments and ensuring safe working practices in public areas
• Supporting general estate upkeep such as garden clearance, waste removal, and external cleaning
• Assisting with minor property maintenance tasks where required
• Maintaining communal outdoor spaces including pathways and landscaped areas

Essential Experience of the Tree Operative:

• Relevant arboriculture certifications (CS 20-03, CS 21-08, CS 21-09 or NPTC 30-39, AO Unit Aerial Rescue and Brushwood Chipper Certification)
• Full UK driving licence
• Understanding of health & safety practices in outdoor/public settings
