Tree surgeon/arborist

Our client is a housing association based near Northampton and owns and manages around 5000 homes. They are looking for a permanent Arborist to join their expanding estate team on to help deliver a full service to their home owners.

The role will involve working in a team and undertaking a wide variety of tree work including; ground-based chainsaw work; aerial tree surgery; pruning and identifying basic trees and shrubs and plant health.

Candidates should have certificates for aerial use of a chainsaw and aerial rescue, a full UK driving licence, and ideally some industry experience.

In return a salary of up to c. -36k pa is offered for a 37 hour week, health cash plan (following probation), and the option of a Social Housing Pension Scheme amongst many other benefits.
