We are growing, and we are looking for someone to help us give every prospective patient exactly that.The roleWe are looking for a warm, driven Treatment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for people enquiring about our treatments, and to guide them from their first enquiry through to a booked, confirmed consultation.You will be the friendly, reassuring voice (mostly over WhatsApp and phone) who answers questions, builds trust, and helps prospective patients feel confident about taking the next step. This is a target-driven, conversion-focused role, ideal for someone with a background in sales, hospitality, or patient care who loves turning interest into action.
