What you''ll do Are you an experienced treasury professional looking for an opportunity to lead a busy operational treasury function within a large and complex organisation? We''re looking for a Treasury Operations Manager to take responsibility for the smooth and effective running of our operational treasury function and play a key role in protecting the financial strength and resilience of Notting Hill Genesis Working closely with the Head of Treasury, senior Finance colleagues, banks, lenders and other partners, this is an opportunity to combine technical treasury expertise with people leadership, strategic thinking and continuous improvement in an organisation where effective financial management directly supports our ability to deliver for residents. How you''ll do it Lead and manage the Treasury function, overseeing treasury operations, staff development, performance management, and delivery of the annual treasury plan in line with policies and financial controls. Oversee the Group''s borrowing portfolio, ensuring loan obligations, capital and interest payments, and covenant compliance are effectively managed and monitored. Manage banking relationships and activities, including banking platforms, mandates, access controls, KYC requirements, and liaison with banking partners. Lead cashflow forecasting, liquidity management, and surplus cash investments, ensuring adequate funding is available to meet operational and strategic requirements.
