The Role Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple heat network contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer satisfaction. You''ll provide leadership from the front, supporting engineers technically where required, mentoring future managers and ensuring commercial performance is achieved across your portfolio. The role combines operational management, client relationship management, technical leadership and commercial responsibility.
