The role:

We are seeking a proactive and Treasury Associate to join a small, collaborative team responsible for managing money market operations, including time deposit settlements and trade confirmations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage settlements of money market trades, primarily deposits
• Handle incoming and outgoing trade confirmations
• Identify and resolve confirmation discrepancies
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Support cross-training and knowledge transfer within the team
• Maintain high standards during month-end and other high-pressure periods

Requirements:

• Experience working within a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of money market products and settlement processes
• Experience in confirmation matching
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
