We are looking for a talented Travel Partnerships Account Manager to drive cross platform revenue growth, especially focusing on digital growth and delivering integrated partnership solutions. This role blends account management with creative commercial strategy, requiring both sales acumen and a flair for collaboration and ideation.Main Responsibilities
Identify and convert new business opportunities while recovering lost accountsBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging cross-platform opportunities including digital, print, and partnershipsMonitor client and agency performance, proactively addressing underperformance and identifying upsell opportunitiesMaintain accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and internal toolsLead and contribute to partnership pitches, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectivesCollaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling, integrated campaigns and maximise revenue opportunitiesUse first-party insights, audience data, and market intelligence to craft innovative media solutionsSupport the development of bespoke content and branded solutions that resonate with target audiencesDevelop and maintain strong relationships across senior and junior levels within agencies and clientsAct as a trusted advisor and category expert, attending industry and client events to build rapport and unlock revenueEnsure seamless campaign delivery through effective coordination with operations and project managementPerson Specification
Proven experience in media sales or partnershipsStrong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting sales targetsExperience developing multi-platform media solutions including branded content and digital activationsDeep understanding of print and digital media, and the competitor landscapeExcellent relationship-building and communication abilities across internal and external stakeholdersStrategic thinker with creative flair and attention to detailPassion for media, travel, and delivering impactful client solutionsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of structuring cross platform media plansProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and WordPackage Description
