With a strong presence and a structured approach, they offer a supportive setting for their employees.Job DescriptionBooking flights, accommodation, transportation etc. for staff and visitorsEntering travel requests in OA (workflow approval system)Obtaining entry visas as appropriate for staff and visitorsReconciling invoices from travel company to OA approvalsInput of Travel invoices into OAFollow up any delays in OA approvalsOrganising tri annual tender for service providers (travel agent etc.)Assisting the senior management and Sales staff with OA expense claims as requiredUpkeep of approved hotel scheduleAd-hoc to provide back up support to the administration team, as and when requiredThe Successful ApplicantA bachelors degree requiredStrong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all travel arrangements anddocumentationAbility to handle and resolve travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable rates and terms with vendors and travel agencies.Previous experience booking travelPractical approach to problem solvingGood team playerRequired to comply with company procedures and policiesWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary in the range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.Permanent position with room for career growth within financial services.Generous holiday leave and supportive company culture.Opportunity to work in a professional London-based office ..... full job details .....
