The Opportunity We''re looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor to manage our transport operation at our manufacturing site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of packaging solutions to our customers. What You''ll Be Doing Managing daily transport planning, routing, load fill and fleet optimisation Driver debrief, supervising, holiday/absence cover, on road issues Arranging couriers / third parties Adherence to O Licence rules and compliance Organising vehicle maintenance and repairs Collaborating with other departments, e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Design, Planning and Production Reports, Admin, Record keeping What We''re Looking For Proven transport management experience within a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment Strong knowledge of HGV operations, driver hours, and transport compliance Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across the business Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office CPC in Transport ..... full job details .....
