With over 20 year''s experience, they deliver a true end-to-end service across construction, logistics, procurement, and installation, and have been recognised as one of the UK''s fastest-growing private companies.Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Transport Supervisor to support and strengthen their logistics operation.About the RoleThe Transport Supervisor will support the operational needs of the logistics function, ensuring transport availability and delivery in line with the business plan. This role is key to maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, supporting senior leadership and planning teams, and developing strong relationships with third-party logistics providers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the day-to-day performance of drivers and plannersCoordinate transport planning, including vehicle and driver allocationBuild and manage relationships with internal teams and 3PL providersMonitor compliance, analyse transport data, and produce KPIsIdentify operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiativesKey ExperienceExperience in a transport supervisory or similar role, managing drivers and operationsStrong understanding of UK transport legislation and complianceConfident communicator with strong stakeholder ..... full job details .....
