Manage import, export, domestic, and cross-trade movements. Create transport plans and ensure accurate communication with warehouse teams and transport partners. Produce manifests and shipment documentation, ensuring all information is complete and accurate. Arrange collections and deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Work closely with European healthcare offices to coordinate groupage shipments. Create load plans for customers and warehouse operations. Quotations and Supplier Management Obtain, negotiate, and secure competitive rates from approved hauliers. Produce spot quotations and set-rate proposals for customers.
