Reporting directly to the COO, the Transformation Programme Director will lead the firm’s strategic transformation agenda — overseeing the design, mobilisation and execution of multiple, complex and interdependent workstreams across the Firm. This role will also lead Crowe’s Enterprise PMO, ensuring disciplined programme delivery, governance, reporting and benefits realisation across the transformation portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme LeadershipAssist the COO in leading firm-wide transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesScope, initiate and manage multiple concurrent workstreams across our operating functionsDrive delivery excellence and benefits realisationEnterprise PMO ManagementLead the Enterprise PMO, embedding best-practice programme governanceMaintain the Transformation Roadmap and ensure consistent progress reporting and delivery metricsProvide executive-level dashboards and insights to support decision-makingStakeholder EngagementEngage and influence senior stakeholders across service lines and enabling functionsEnsure transformation complements BAU priorities and that change is successfully embedded across the firmStrategic DeliveryTranslate strategic objectives into detailed delivery plans and capability mapsIdentify and manage interdependencies, risks and resource constraintsDrive continuous improvement and change adoption across the firmExperience and Skills RequiredProven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes in professional servicesDeep experience in programme delivery, PMO leadership and change managementStrong understanding of org design, data strategy, technology modernisation and business optimisationExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate at both strategic and operational levelsFamiliarity with AI, automation, and enterprise data platforms is advantageousPersonal AttributesStrategic thinker with strong commercial acumenCollaborative, pragmatic and delivery-focussedComfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex and evolving environmentAble to challenge constructively and drive ..... full job details .....
