About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in West Midlands, who are looking for a Transformation Engineer to join their team.

Job Description

As Transformation Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate transformation workstreams with a strategic focus on Digital Innovation, etc.
• Facilitate end to end delivery of transformation projects, from scoping and planning, etc.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigations, etc.
• Own project governance, reporting and alignment with PMO standards.
• Track value delivery and maintain a benefits realisation plan.
• Support the development and deployment of innovative technologies and processes.

Experience Required:

• Strong background in manufacturing engineering, within final assembly operations.
• Project management capability (planning, RAID management, value tracking, etc.)
• Experience working within PMO frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence at multiple levels.
