Job DescriptionAs Transformation Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:Facilitate transformation workstreams with a strategic focus on Digital Innovation, etc.Facilitate end to end delivery of transformation projects, from scoping and planning, etc.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigations, etc.Own project governance, reporting and alignment with PMO standards.Track value delivery and maintain a benefits realisation plan.Support the development and deployment of innovative technologies and processes. Experience Required:Strong background in manufacturing engineering, within final assembly operations.Project management capability (planning, RAID management, value tracking, etc.)Experience working within PMO frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence at multiple levels.
