Transaction Services Manager

Managing Consultant - Business Advisory (Corporate Finance + Insolvency and Restructuring)We are closely working with one of our core clients who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transaction Services Manager to join their top 15 practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Transaction Services and a proven track record of leading projects and writing comprehensive reports. This role offers significant progression opportunities within a supportive and collaborative team environment.Responsibilities

Lead and manage transaction services projects from inception to completion.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.Collaborate with the CF team and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.Attend and contribute to BD events and client meetings as required.Maintain flexibility to adapt to the needs of the team and clients.Requirements

2-3 years of experience in Transaction Services.Demonstrated ability to lead projects and produce high-quality reports.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to attend the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional days as needed.Proximity to Greater London or surrounding areas for easy commuting.Additional information
