The Transaction Services team advises owner-managed businesses, private equity investors, corporate acquirers and funders across a broad range of transactions, delivering high-quality financial due diligence and transaction support services. Description Support the leadership and day-to-day management of the Transaction Services team Take ownership of operational delivery, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently and to the highest technical standards Lead financial due diligence engagements for corporate, private equity and owner-managed business transactions Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, overseeing planning, execution and client delivery Review and challenge financial analysis, key deal drivers and transaction risks Act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle Develop, coach and mentor managers and junior team members, helping to build a high-performing advisory team Contribute to strategic planning, resource management and operational ..... full job details .....
