Our client is an established and growing MandA boutique specialising in advising entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses across the UK and international markets. They have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, discreet, and commercially focused advice across acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, fundraising and wider transaction-related activity. With continued growth in transaction volumes and an expanding advisory offering, this is an opportunity for an experienced Transaction Services professional to take a key role within a close-knit, high-performing team and work on a broad range of mid-market transactions. The Role Working closely with senior members of the advisory team, the Transaction Services Manager will have responsibility for supporting the delivery of transactions from initial analysis through to completion. Typical responsibilities will include: Leading and managing financial analysis and transaction support assignments. Reviewing and analysing historical and forecast financial information.
