Managing Consultant - Business Advisory (Corporate Finance + Insolvency and Restructuring) role, with a top 15 accountancy firm that has a national footprint and a reputation for delivering high-quality advisory services to mid-market clients. The role seeks a commercially driven and technically strong Transaction Services Director or Partner to lead and grow the Transaction Services (TS) offering.Responsibilities

Lead and deliver financial due diligence and deal advisory engagements across a range of sectors.Act as a work-winner, developing new business and deepening relationships with private equity, corporates, and entrepreneurial clients.Collaborate with Lead Advisory, Valuations, and Debt Advisory teams to provide integrated solutions.Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and progression.Shape the strategic direction of the TS practice and contribute to firm-wide leadership.What they are looking for

Proven experience in financial due diligence, ideally within a top 20 firm or boutique advisory.Strong track record of winning and delivering deals across sectors.ACA qualified (or equivalent), with deep technical and commercial acumen.A growth mindset – hungry for progression and impact.Open to junior partners or experienced directors ready to step up.Seniority level
