Transaction ManagerSalary: 30,000 Basic 55,000+ OTE (Uncapped) + Company CarHours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (including weekends on a rota) The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a well-established and high-performing automotive dealership. This is a key role within the sales team, focused on maximising finance and insurance performance while supporting the wider team to achieve strong commercial results.This position would suit an established Transaction/Business Manager or a high-performing Sales Executive or Sales Controller looking to take the next step in their career. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive finance, insurance, warranty, and add-on product salesEnsure full compliance with FCA regulations and best practicesSupport Sales Executives in closing deals and structuring finance packagesAppraise part-exchange vehicles and assist with deal profitabilityGuide customers through the purchase journey, delivering a high-quality experienceMonitor and report on FandI performance, identifying areas for improvementMentor and develop the sales team to improve product knowledge and performance RequirementsPrevious experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or similar role within automotive retailAlternatively, a high-performing Sales Executive or Sales Controller ready to step upStrong understanding of finance and insurance products and FCA complianceCommercially driven with a focus on profitability and ..... full job details .....
